Designed and deployed proprietary Improbable Data Tool reducing error rates in duplicate entries, exit documentation completeness, and prior living situation fields across all three Utah CoCs.
Led statewide System Performance Measure (SPM) submissions annually since 2019; generated SPM data for Utah Annual Report covering 3 CoCs + 11 Local Housing Coalitions.
