Lynn is a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) expert, a former State-wide System Administrator. Lynn has over 15 years serving the homelessness sector split between acting as a system administrator for Utah’s three Continuum of Care (CoC) jurisdictions and serving clients directly in shelter and housing. Lynn has a proven track record transforming raw data infrastructure into actionable intelligence, reducing errors, improving compliance, and building organizational capacity among 110+ providers and 1,000–2,000 system users.

Lynn has combined both technical mastery (ClientTrack administration and customization, SQL, Excel) with front-line social service experience (Former Licensed Social Service Worker) and strategic leadership (MBA). Lynn is an active contributor to national discourse as a National Human Services Data Consortium (NHSDC) board member and co-chair of the fall conference planning committee, recently presenting her and peer-reviewed session the cost of data at both the Spring 2026 NHSDC conference and the June HUD HMIS Lead Call. Lynn offers remote-first consulting with nationwide reach, specializing in long-term partnerships with CoCs, lead agencies, and providers committed to sustainable data improvement.
